Orders placed with Standard shipping will typically be delivered in 10-15 business days from order date. Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 3 p.m. ET Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).

·         For the order that above $159, there is no shipping fee.

·         For the order that under $159, the shipping fee is $15(within US).

We are unable to deliver to island regions, including Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  2. Please email us at fusionhub66@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Approval and Instructions
    We will review your return request within 5 business days and notify you via email if your return is approved. Instructions on how and where to send your item will also be provided.

  4. Shipping the Return
    Once approved, you will need to send the item back to the provided address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Return Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damages  *  Issues

Rfunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
